RELIGION AND VALUES
Dear Parents/Guardians
In term 4, students from Grade Prep will learn about the Islamic way of praying. This will include learning the prayer names (Fajar, Duhar, Asar, Magrib & Isha) and prayer times.
Students from Grade 1 will learn about manners & the values of our Prophet e.g. kindness, respect, care and cleanliness.
The Grade 2 students are learning about our Prophet’s love to children. Later in the term, they will study about Islamic celebrations.
Students from Grade 3 & 4 are studying about Prophet Muhammad’s birth and his early life.
Grade 5 & 6 are studying about the power of prayer and charity, how patiently fulfilling responsibilities in life and the importance of forgiveness in Islam. They will do a project on determination and diligence towards the end of this term.
